working principle
The steam water separator is mainly used to ensure the dryness of the steam or air used in the steam equipment, improve the working efficiency of the steam equipment, and extend the service life of the equipment. The specific tasks are as follows:

1. The steam containing water enters the steam water separator and moves downwards in a centrifugal inclined manner in the separator. The entrained water is separated due to the decrease in velocity.

2. The separated water accumulates under the separator and is discharged through a separate drain valve. Dry and clean steam is discharged from the outlet of the separator.

This product must be installed on a horizontal pipeline, with the drainage outlet facing vertically downwards. All sizes of steam and water separators should be equipped with brackets to reduce pipeline load. To ensure the rapid discharge of the separated liquid, a set of drain valve combinations should be connected to the drainage outlet at the bottom of the separator.
